Your Web Based Email

Access and Use Your Web Based Email
If you have signed up for an email account with Financial Visions, you will have the option of viewing your email form any computer with Internet access.


1. Simply open up your web browser:
 


2. In the address bar type: mail.yourdomainname.com. So, if your web site address is www.jondoeswebsite.com then your web mail access is mail.jondoeswebsite.com:
 
3. You will then be taken to your web mail login page where you will be asked to provide a username and password. Once entered, click "Login":

(Your username is your mailbox name without the @yourwebsite.com. So, if your email address is jondoe@jondoeswebsite.com, then your web access is mail.jondoeswebsite.com, and your username would be jondoe. We have already sent you your password via email. Open that email to access your password.)

 
4. You will then be taken to the web mail interface screen. From here you can read, write and send emails as well as import email addresses, create new folders and and organize emails:
 


5. Clicking on the "Options" folder will provide you with the ability to:
 
  • Change your password
  • Update your personal information
  • Automatically forward your email to another address
  • Receive a notice at another email address when you have new mail.
  • Customize a signature to append to your outgoing messages
  • To use a number of other features we think may be useful to you
6. When finished, simply click on the "Logout" button on the left, and you're done!
