The customized response form allows you to set up a direct response mechanism on your website.
- All information is sent to our servers securely, and then emailed to you.
- The customizable response form lets you specify an email address where the information is sent, so that you can have response to seminar or booklet type programs forward directly to an assistant or special email box.
- The form uses required fields, so that you do not get "blank" submissions.

| What is the autoresponder? |
| You can automatically send an acknowledgement after getting a form submission. This could be a simple thank you, a link to a hidden file that you have put on your site with the file upload tool, or anything else that is appropriate based on what you have decided to do with the form. |

| How do I customize the form? |
| The top part of the form is completely customizable, just like our custom pages. You can add links, photos, and formatted text. The form will appear below your customized section. The fields of the form are standard, and can not be customized at this time. | | |
